Strigelsky about the results of social research – Belarusians really have something to be proud of

Belarus has achieved much over the years of sovereignty. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Andrey Strigelsky, commenting on the results of the republican sociological study on topical issues of social and economic development of Belarus, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

- To be proud really is something. The country has achieved much, especially over the years of sovereignty. The course towards the implementation of socio-economic policy, a socially oriented state, which is implemented with the support of the President, brings us results and achievements, Strygelsky said.

Belarusians can be proud of living in a peaceful, clean and beautiful country, tranquility and order on the streets, quality education and healthcare systems, as well as state-organized care for the older generation.

Separately, the Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee focused on the quality of products: many domestic enterprises have become real brands that are recognizable in the world, which move the economy forward.

- We can be proud, first of all, of our people, Belarusians, Minsk residents, who contribute to the development of the economy, the social sphere and truly love their country and people, Strygelsky concluded.
