Student and founder of the cosmetic brand Valeria Nesnova shared her experience of creating her own business with her peers. As reported in the branch of the Presidential Academy of RANEPA in Lipetsk, the meeting with the young entrepreneur was held at the Career Forum.

Before leaving for business, the girl was professionally involved in sports and won recognition at the all-Russian level. Deciding to make a change, she launched her own cosmetics brand, combining the development of the company with studying at the Academy.

In the format of a direct dialogue, Valeria told students about the search for a vocation, personal development, overcoming the fear of change and the first steps in turning an idea into a working business.
