Students of the Smolensk Agricultural Academy were introduced to the work of veterinary supervision

Senior State Inspector of the Rosselkhoznadzor Department for the Bryansk, Smolensk and Kaluga regions Aksinya Denisyuk held a meeting with students of the fourth and fifth years of the Smolensk State Agricultural Academy.

The main topic of the lecture was topical issues of the organization of state veterinary supervision in Russia. During the lesson, not only the regulatory framework and powers of the Office, but also the real mechanisms of its functioning were considered.

Particular attention was paid to practical aspects, such as methods of detecting and suppressing violations of veterinary legislation, rules for registration of the results of inspections and the procedure for applying measures of influence. The issues of ensuring the epizootic well-being of the country and the requirements for the safe handling of controlled goods were also discussed.

At the end of the meeting, career prospects were discussed. Students were interested in the order of employment in the Rosselkhoznadzor system, the requirements that are imposed on candidates for civil service, as well as the opportunities for internships or internships in the Department.

Such activities contribute to establishing a link between university theory and real professional activities, allowing future specialists to gain a basic understanding of the principles of the supervisory authority.
