The court punished a resident of Boksitogorsk district for three crimes

The court sentenced a 25-year-old resident of Boxitogorsk district. She was found guilty of three crimes committed in the summer and autumn of 2024. This is illegal access to computer information, theft from a bank account and illegal storage of prohibited substances, the press service of the Lenoblesud reported.

In July 2024, a woman asked her friend for a phone call. And she went to his personal account of the application of the bank. Knowing the username and password, she changed the phone number and password tied to the office. And then two transfers – 15 900 and 5 400 rubles – withdrew money from his account. The total amount of the abducted - 21 300 rubles, the court found significant damage to the victim. In October 2024, during a personal search of the defendant, a prohibited substance was found and seized, which she stored without the purpose of marketing.

The court took into account the full admission of guilt, remorse, confession for each crime, the presence of a minor child and partial compensation for damages. For a set of crimes, the defendant was sentenced to two and a half years of suspended imprisonment, with a probationary period of 3 years. She was also required to undergo drug treatment and medical and social rehabilitation. In favor of the victim was recovered 18 300 rubles (including previously reimbursed 3 thousand rubles).
