The court ordered the administration of the Pushkinogorsk district to give housing to an orphan

The Pushkinogorsk district court considered the case of a local resident to the administration of the Pushkinogorsk municipal district. The man demanded to provide comfortable housing under the contract of hiring specialized premises, told “MK in Pskov” in the press service of the courts of the region.

The plaintiff belongs to the category of children left without parental care: parents were deprived of their rights. He was included in the list for housing, but the right was never implemented.

The court satisfied the claim and ordered the administration to provide the man with a comfortable living room with an area of at least 22 square meters in the Pushkinogorsk district.

Housing must comply with sanitary and technical standards.
