The court ordered the Directorate of roads to repair the section of the highway in the Starozhilovsky district

In the Ryazan region, the prosecutor’s office through the court demanded to repair a section of the road in the Starozhilovsky district. This was reported in the press service of the supervisory authority.

During the check on the highway "Ryazan - Ryazsk - Alexander Nevsky - Dankov - Efremov" revealed defects in the coating in the form of potholes, drawdowns and cracks, the size of which exceeds the maximum permissible.

On this fact, the prosecutor sent to the court a statement of claim against the Directorate of roads of the Ryazan region with the requirement to bring the road to a regulatory state.

The court satisfied the requirements of the supervisory authority. The execution of the judicial act was taken over by the prosecutor's office.
