The court refused to extend the construction of the fourth bridge in Novosibirsk

The court completely rejected the claim of the concessionaire to the regional Ministry of Transport. The company sought to postpone the completion date for December 6, 2027.

With the corresponding requirement, the developer appealed to the court in July 2026. The VIS group explained the need to postpone the transfer of 2.8 billion rubles from the federal capital grant. In addition, the Federal Ministry of Transport earlier extended the implementation of the project under the state program until the end of 2027.

However, the regional transport ministry refused to change the terms of the concession agreement. After the court decision, representatives of the VIS group announced their intention to appeal.

The movement along the main course of the fourth bridge was opened in December 2025. At the same time, the construction of transport interchanges and related infrastructure continues. Until the complete commissioning of the facility, travel along the crossing remains free.

Earlier, MK in Novosibirsk reported that 10 million rubles were recovered from the VIS group for violating obligations during the construction of the fourth bridge.
