The court of the Tambov district ordered to dismiss the head of the kindergarten due to loss of trust

Prosecutor’s inspection in the Tambov district revealed violations of anti-corruption legislation in one of the kindergartens. A criminal case has been initiated against the head of a preschool institution under the article on fraud.

According to the investigation, the head stole budget funds, issuing forged documents about allegedly performed by employees of additional work. The damage to the municipal treasury exceeded 350 thousand rubles.

In addition, for about three years, her husband and daughter worked directly under the head. The fact of a possible conflict of interest management was not notified.

In this regard, the prosecutor’s office sent a lawsuit to the court demanding that the education department of the administration of the Tambov municipal district terminate the employment contract with the employee due to loss of trust. The court satisfied the requirements of the supervisory authority - the decision has not yet entered into legal force.
