The court confirmed the refusal of Bona in the recovery of money from the ex-bride of Leps

The Moscow city court recognized as lawful the decision to refuse to satisfy the claim of TV presenter and blogger Victoria Boni to Aurora Kibe, who was the bride of Russian singer Grigory Leps. It was about claims for 3 million rubles in the case of protection of honor, dignity and business reputation. About it RIA Novosti reported in the press service of the court.

As specified in the instance, the appeal left the verdict of the district court unchanged, and the applicant’s complaint without satisfaction.

The reason for the dispute was the publication of Kiba in the social network. In it, in particular, she claimed that Bonia allegedly “all her life was in the status of someone’s mistress, not a journalist, and began by selling her body to married people for 3,000 euros, as the whole country knows.” In addition, the girl described the presenter as “a woman with low social responsibility”.

Bonia insisted that such information damages her business reputation, scares away business partners and traumatizes the psyche of her underage daughter. It sought to invalidate the allegations and demanded that Kiba publicly refute them and pay monetary compensation.

In June, the district court of Moscow rejected the claims.

Earlier, Boney’s lawyer commented on the court’s refusal in the lawsuit against Kiba.
