The court in Kaspiysk helped the resident to confirm the right to pay for the house destroyed by the flood

The Caspian city court granted the application of a local resident whose house was destroyed as a result of flooding caused by heavy rains in March-April 2026, the joint press service of the courts of Dagestan reports.

The court found that during the specified period, a state of emergency was introduced on the territory of the republic, including Kaspiysk. The applicant’s household was in the emergency zone, which led to a violation of living conditions and the loss of part of the essential property. However, the lack of properly executed title documents prevented the receipt of social support measures.

After examining the materials, the court established the fact of ownership, use and residence of the house on the day of the introduction of the emergency regime and ordered immediate execution.
