The court returned to the state a plot under a sand quarry in the Gryazinsky district

The Arbitration Court of the Lipetsk region terminated the land lease agreement of 38.5 hectares near the Voronezh River with Lipetsk Mortgage Corporation JSC. The company must transfer the land plot to the regional Ministry of Property and Land Relations.

The land was leased for sand mining, but in 2025 the company’s license to use the subsoil was canceled. The tenant refused to terminate the contract, saying that the lease right was included in the bankruptcy estate. The court rejected this argument: after the termination of the license, it is impossible to transfer the right to subsoil use to another person.

The decision has not yet entered into force and can be appealed.
