More than 400 kg of cardboard, plastic and batteries were taken from Kizhi Island in Karelia

From the island of Kizhi in Karelia, another batch of processed waste was taken out. According to representatives of the museum-reserve, it was the final in the current season of the ship, delivered recyclables to Petrozavodsk.

In total, it was possible to collect more than 420 kg of garbage: 300 kg of waste paper, 100 kg of plastic products and 25 kg of waste batteries. The organizers stressed that responsible attitude to the environment is a vital habit and thanked all participants for their contribution to the fight against environmental pollution.
