In Rostov, residents of a nine-storey house on Sorge Street, 29/2, complained about the condition of the basement. The problem became known on October 15, when citizens posted photos of the room on social networks.
The published footage shows wet ground, scattered bricks, boards and other debris. In addition, fragments of damaged insulation hang from the ceiling.
Residents claim that there are traces of leaks in the basement, and the condition of the pipes causes serious concerns.
- The pipes are rotted, the insulation is hanging in tatters, dirt, garbage, dampness, artisanal inserts and traces of leaks. At the same time, the management company reports to the GZHI and the administration that everything is in satisfactory condition, and the systems work in a regulatory regime, the local resident said.
Rostov residents are especially concerned about the beginning of the heating season, which started in the city on October 15. According to residents, the supply of heat can lead to the appearance of new leaks, if the pipes are really in an emergency state.
Local residents call on responsible organizations to check the basement, assess the state of engineering networks and eliminate the problems found.
