Tambov residents were reminded when to pay property taxes for 2025

Residents of Tambov were reminded of the approaching deadline for paying property taxes. Owners of land, transport and real estate must pay off with the state for 2025 no later than December 1, 2026.

We are talking about three types of payments. Land tax applies to land owners. The transport tax applies to owners of cars and trucks, motorcycles and buses, as well as snowmobiles, boats, yachts, jet skis, aircraft and helicopters. Property tax of individuals will have to pay for an apartment, house, room, garage, car-place, unfinished object or outbuilding.

The administration of Tambov explained how the amount is formed. The calculation is made by the tax inspectorate: the cadastral value of real estate or land or the characteristics of transport (for example, engine power) is taken as a basis. The tax rate is applied to this base - the basic values are prescribed in the Tax Code, while municipalities and regions have the right to set corrective coefficients.
