Tambov teachers and managers will compete for victory in the all-Russian final of “Flagships of education”

Representatives of the field of education from the Tambov region passed to the final stage of the professional competition “Flagships of Education”. This was reported by the organizers of the project.

Tambov residents were among the strongest participants following the results of remote and in-person tests. In the final, they will have to solve complex managerial and pedagogical cases, demonstrate teamwork and strategic planning skills.

The competition "Flagships of Education" is implemented within the framework of the national project "Education" and is aimed at identifying and supporting promising specialists: from young teachers to school principals. Participation in the project gives an opportunity not only to declare themselves, but also to enter the personnel reserve of the country's education system.

The names of the finalists and the dates of the decisive tests will be announced additionally.
