Office of Rosselkhoznadzor in the Ryazan and Tambov regions reported on the involvement of an individual entrepreneur to administrative responsibility for failure to comply with the instructions of the supervisory authority.
In June, during the control event, it turned out that the businessman did not eliminate violations of land legislation identified in January. The inspection showed that on the agricultural plot with an area of 32.41 hectares, weed and shrubbery vegetation grows 18 hectares.
In accordance with Article 42 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation, land owners and users are obliged to use land plots for their intended purpose and take measures to prevent negative impact on land resources.
For failure to comply with the legal order, the Department initiated an administrative case and sent materials to the magistrate of the Rasskazovsky municipal district of the Tambov region.
However, the court found the individual entrepreneur guilty and imposed a punishment in the form of a warning.
