Customs officers of Luhansk noted for professionalism and service

A solemn event dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Federal Customs Service of Russia and the four-year anniversary of the Luhansk Customs was held in Luhansk.

The staff of the department was congratulated by the head of the Administration of the Head of the LPR Oleg Chernousov. One of the customs officers, he presented gratitude to the Head of the Republic for professionalism and devotion to official duty.

Chernousov noted that the customs service protects the economic interests of the country, helps prevent the illegal import of weapons and prohibited goods, and also participates in the formation of the budget. According to him, budget revenues allow to develop social infrastructure, including the construction of schools, hospitals and housing.
