Tender for maintenance of the building of the Court of Appeal in Tula will be held again

The Twentieth Arbitration Court of Appeal of the Tula Region has again announced an electronic auction to select a contractor for the comprehensive maintenance of the court building. For these purposes are going to allocate 3.82 million rubles.

The service facility is located at the address: Tula, street. Staronikitskaya, 1. The contractor will ensure the uninterrupted operation of all engineering systems of the building, including fire safety, video surveillance, access control and power supply systems.

Special attention is paid to safety requirements. Due to the fact that the court conducts secret proceedings, the executor must have a license from the FSB of Russia to work with information constituting state secrets. Access to the security premises will be allowed only to specialists with the appropriate clearance.

The responsibilities of the contractor include daily maintenance of all engineering systems, including round-the-clock duty of specialists. The necessary equipment, tools and spare parts should always be at the facility.

Technical equipment includes a wide range of equipment: from fire extinguishing systems and video surveillance to tools for repair work. The contractor also undertakes to provide personnel with special uniforms with identification badges. All work is planned to be carried out between January 1 and December 31, 2027.
