Mikhail Shevaldin, First Deputy General Director of the state production association "Belenergo": "A whole range of organizational and technical measures has been developed, which include technical work on the replacement and construction of electrical and thermal networks, on the appointment of those responsible for carrying out various measures, on ensuring fuel oil reserves, on performing various adjustments of a regime nature and other measures. In particular, heat networks are being replaced and reconstructed. At the moment, we have replaced about 86% of the heating networks from the planned plans.”.

Alexander Gulevich, Deputy General Director of the State Energy and Gas Supervision Institution: All organizations involved in this preparation have developed appropriate action plans. These measures should be fully implemented by September 20. Readiness passports must be registered with the state energy and gas supervision body until September 30. As of today, 27,710 consumer readiness passports and 10,335 heat source readiness passports are subject to registration.”.
