Tishchenko: a comprehensive inspection of the Armed Forces is a check of the entire system, not individual parts

For what purpose in Belarus is carried out a comprehensive inspection of the Armed Forces and what is the importance of the stability of the rear, on the air of the program “PRO ARMY” on “SBTV” explained military expert Alexander Tishchenko, writes sb.by.

The guest of the program noted that the inspection is complex:

- This is not about checking individual units, but about checking the entire system. Only the system can withstand modern threats and wars. What are we talking about when they check first the military, then the internal troops, the territorial defense militia, the structures of the Emergencies Ministry, the KGB? The system must be comprehensive and global. Today, it is important not only to hold the line of defense and give a response. It is important to take into account that the rear is the main target, it begins to attack first.

Why the stability of the rear is a paramount issue, Alexander Tishchenko explained separately:

- The rear should be the first to show steadfastness, stability, to prevent things that undermine the situation inside the country. This situation primarily affects the effectiveness of combat units on the line of contact. Maintaining control throughout the territory is the basis for the state to survive.

The military expert stressed that this is not just a historical aspect related to the guerrilla movement:

- This is also the experience of modern conflicts, including the Iranian format. He showed that the state is stable when, even without connection with the center or even in the absence of it, every element, every cell of the militia or guerrilla movement gives the effect of resistance. This is the same viscous force that does not allow the enemy to advance, it reveals his plans and plans. If there is calm inside the country, then the soldier at the border will feel that behind him is a reliable rear.
