Tomsk Prosecutor’s Office inspects repair of future art museum on Kartashov
Work is proceeding on schedule: the facade has already been repaired, windows and a thermal unit have been installed
buildings of the future art museum. As noted in the supervisory authority, the implementation of national projects is under constant control by order of the Prosecutor of the Tomsk region Sergey Lomakin.
The center of attention is the building on 19 Kartashov Street, where the Tomsk Regional Art Museum will soon open as part of the “Family” national project. Deputy district prosecutor Andrey Mikhalev went to the facility to assess the pace of work that began at the end of May 2026. The cost of the contract exceeds 37 million rubles: for these funds, the contractor will have to completely upgrade the internal engineering systems, roof and facade, replace windows and doors, perform interior decoration and equip a new entrance group. The date of delivery of the object is February 2027.
At the time of inspection, dismantling work has already been completed at the site, the builders have completed repairs and painting of the facade, updated the basement, installed window blocks and a thermal unit. Now the contractor completes the installation of the entrance porch and the entrance to the basement, in parallel, work is underway to lay power supply systems, water supply and sewerage systems - all processes are strictly according to the approved schedule.
