A third of construction sites in Kostroma are working with violations

Every third construction site in Kostroma creates problems for citizens. The department of municipal inspections summed up the results of inspections: out of 183 facilities surveyed since January, 62 are operating with violations.

Most often, developers neglect elementary rules: do not monitor the condition of fences, dump garbage outside the site and save on washes for wheels of equipment. As a result, dirt is dragged along city roads, and poorly secured fences become dangerous for pedestrians. The rules also require lighting and protective visors over sidewalks, but these rules are not observed everywhere.

Orders have already been issued for 62 companies. Some developers quickly corrected the situation, but 25 cases went to court. The total amount of fines for unscrupulous companies exceeded 100 thousand rubles. Control of construction sites continues.
