Three apartment buildings will be demolished in Murmansk for 5.46 million rubles

In Murmansk plan to demolish the above-ground parts of three apartment buildings for 5.46 million rubles. Information published on the portal of public procurement.

The contractor will perform work at three addresses: Akademika Pavlov Street, houses No. 30 and 32, and Radishchev Street, house No. 72/6. Demolition should be carried out in accordance with projects for the organization of work on the dismantling of capital construction projects.

The initial price of the contract is 5.46 million rubles. The largest amount was provided for the house No. 32 on Akademik Pavlov Street - about 2.85 million rubles. The demolition of house No. 30 on the same street was estimated at 1.59 million rubles, and buildings on Radishchev street, 72/6 - about 1.02 million rubles.

The customer is the Murmansk municipal state institution “Capital Construction Management”. The contractor will be selected following an electronic auction.

Applications for participation are accepted until November 2, 2026. Summing up the results of the purchase is scheduled for November 5.
