The 28th Russian agro-industrial exhibition “Golden Autumn” was held in Moscow. It became a platform for business meetings, exchange of experience, training. They also showed the best food from all over the country. Shared its gastronomic diversity and Vologda region.
The competition part is a mandatory component of the Golden Autumn. For manufacturers, this is another opportunity to prove the quality of their products, because samples are evaluated by a competent independent jury.
At the stand of the Vologda region, three dozen manufacturers were presented - more than 400 products. The main gastronomic brands of the region are also shown: “True Vologda product” and “Vologda oil”. According to the results of the competition, Vologda region won 21 gold, 7 silver, 1 bronze medal and Grand Prix. Butter, milk drinks, cottage cheese, sour cream, sausages, eggs, ham, candy, mineral water, etc. were highly appreciated.
One of the regular participants of the exhibition is the N.V. Vereshchagin Training and Experimental Dairy Plant. UOMZ does not miss the opportunity to confirm the level of its work with the help of independent experts. And it does this not only for buyers, but also for yourself. After all, it is important for the company to understand that the quality of products is consistently high.
This year, the UOMZ piggy bank was replenished with three medals. The training and experimental plant brought samples of three products: ultra-pasteurized milk 3.2% fat, a milkshake with a taste of filling, and chocolate butter. The first two products won gold medals. On account of the oil - a silver medal.
By the way, UOMZ is a frequent guest of the Golden Autumn exhibition and regularly participates in the quality contest. Without awards, the plant does not remain. So, last year, the Training and Experimental Plant went to Moscow with novelties: vanilla cocktail, sandwich butter, ultra-pasteurized milk for baby food, blueberry cottage cheese and apricot yogurt. Each of the products brought a gold medal.
And a year earlier, gold was marked by sour cream “Vologda” 25% fat, peach curd, traditional and salted butter and chocolate cocktail. So UOMZ repeatedly confirms that its dairy products are a sample of quality and safety.
