Three previously convicted Permyaks convicted of robbery against a disabled woman

The Kirov district court of Perm sentenced three previously convicted residents of the regional center. The men were found guilty of robbery with illegal entry into the home.

The court found that in the evening of June 3 drunk accomplices through the window entered the private home of the victim – a wheelchair. One of the accomplices put a knife to the woman's throat, suppressing resistance, and the rest stole food and a thousand rubles - all the money that the victim had.

The court sentenced the perpetrators to imprisonment for terms from 7 to 9 years. These years they will spend in correctional colonies of general and special regime.

The court also satisfied the prosecutor’s claim to recover from the convicts in favor of the victim 450 thousand rubles in compensation for moral damage. The court's verdict has not yet entered into force.
