Tulachermet demands from the Military Commissariat of the Tula region 3 million rubles

Tulachermet JSC filed a lawsuit in the Arbitration Court of the Tula Region against the Military Commissariat of the Tula Region. The amount of claims will be 3.2 million rubles. The substance of the claims is not yet clear.

The reason may be compensation for the costs associated with the provision of mobilization activities or military fees, or we are talking about the provision of factory vehicles, special equipment or premises for the needs of recruitment commissions and mobilization points.

Tulachermet JSC is one of the world's leading producers of commercial pig iron, the city-forming metallurgical enterprise of Tula (part of the Industrial and Metallurgical Holding - PMH). The plant has a large staff, its own transport and railway shops, as well as an extensive social and communal infrastructure.

Recall that earlier “MK in Tula” has repeatedly written about the courts of the company “Tulachermet”. Over the past six months, more than 100 lawsuits have been filed against Tulachermet JSC.
