Tula GZHI conducted unscheduled inspections of management companies
In the Tula region, the State Housing Inspectorate conducted unscheduled inspections of management organizations after receiving appeals from resource supply companies

In the Tula region, the State Housing Inspectorate conducted unscheduled inspections of management organizations after receiving appeals from resource supplying companies. As a result of control measures, one legal entity was brought to administrative responsibility. This was reported in GZHI in response to the request of the “Tula press”.
The agency also provided data on licensing of management companies. Since the beginning of 2026, two organizations in the region have lost their licenses. At the same time, we are not talking about punishment for violations: in both cases, the reason was the expiration of permits. For the whole of 2025, six management companies remained without licenses.
Currently, apartment buildings in the Tula region are managed by 189 organizations.
Separately, the GZHI told about checking the readiness of the housing stock for the heating season of 2026-2027. According to the agency, appeals from residents related to the failure of management organizations to prepare homes for the winter, did not arrive.
Appeals from residents on the issues of non-fulfillment by management organizations of work on the preparation of apartment buildings for operation in the heating period of 2026-2027 in the GZHI of the Tula region were not received. Measures for the preparation of the ICD were carried out by management organizations in the normal mode, the inspection said.
The Ministry specified that the basis for such inspections may be the appeal of the tenant, if his rights were violated. At the same time, the preparation of apartment buildings for the heating period in the region was carried out in the usual manner, and management companies received certificates of readiness for the winter.
Despite the absence of complaints from residents about the quality of preparation of houses for the heating season, appeals from resource supplying organizations still came. They were the reason for unscheduled documentary checks. The inspectors checked the compliance of management organizations with licensing requirements, including the presence of gross violations.
As a result of consideration of appeals, one legal entity was brought to administrative responsibility. Thus, inspections of GZHI were carried out both on appeals of citizens and on signals from resource-supplying organizations.
Earlier, MK in Tula wrote that all municipalities in the region received passports of readiness for the heating season.
