Tula region entered the top 10 scientific regions of Russia, said Milyaev

Tula region took the ninth place in the ranking of Russian regions in terms of scientific and technological development for 2025. This was reported by Governor Dmitry Milyaev.

The rating was made by RIA Novosti experts based on data from Rosstat and Rospatent. The assessment took into account the state of the scientific and technical base, the number and training of specialists engaged in this field, as well as the scope and results of the work.

In the Tula region since 2022, there is a state program for the development of science and innovation. The Tulatech Research and Educational Center also operates in the region, and an innovative scientific and technological center Composite Valley is being built now.

According to the governor, support measures within the framework of the national project “Youth and Children” also help the development of the scientific sphere. Special attention is paid to young scientists and researchers, as well as creating conditions in which they can develop their ideas and professional skills.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” wrote that the Tula authorities help the sellers WB and Ozon after the UAV attacks. They were also helped to take part in exhibitions, fairs and business missions.
