The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Tula region filed a lawsuit in the Arbitration Court against the Branch of PPC Roskadaster in the Tula region and Tulaavtotechservice TATO-2000 JSC

The Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Tula region filed a lawsuit in the Arbitration Court against the Branch of the PPC Roskadaster in the Tula region and Tulaautotechservice TATO-2000 JSC.
In addition to them in court, the defendants involved the Interregional Territorial Administration of the Federal Agency for State Property Management in the Tula, Ryazan and Orel regions and the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Tula region.
The essence of the claims is not yet clear, but the composition of the defendants (combining the entire cadastral and registration block of the state together with the federal owner and a private car company) indicates some legal conflict around a large property.
TATO-2000 is a well-known Tula enterprise with a long history. The company has a large production and warehouse base, land plots and buildings of the auto-technical center in Tula, specializing in maintenance, transport repair, rental of commercial real estate and transport services. Revenue for 2025 is 2.2 million rubles.
