Tula region at night and in the morning on October 18 will cover the fog

On the night of October 18 and Sunday morning, fog is expected in certain territories of the Tula region. According to the Tula Center for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring, visibility can range from 200 to 700 meters.

The regional department of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia warned residents about the danger of movement in conditions of limited visibility. Fog can complicate the traffic situation and increase the risk of accidents.

Drivers are advised to slow down and increase the distance to other vehicles. Acute maneuvers, overtaking and rearrangements should be avoided, as well as moving with a passing headlight. If there are fog lamps, they should also be switched on. It is important for motorists to be prepared to stop within a visible section of the road.

With especially thick fog, the Ministry of Emergency Situations advises, if possible, to stop movement until visibility improves.

In the event of an emergency, you must immediately contact the Unified Rescue Service by calling 112
