From October 26 on two federal highways introduced winter speed mode

From October 26, winter speed mode is introduced on two federal highways. About this "MK in Tula" reported in the press service of the GC "Avtodor".
So, on the bypass of Novaya Usmani and Rogachevka (517-544 km) of the M-4 Don highway in the Voronezh region, as well as on the M-11 Neva from Solnechnogorsk to St. Petersburg (58-680 km), the maximum speed for cars weighing less than 3.5 tons will decrease from 130 to 110 km / h.
As explained in “Avtodor”, the transition to winter mode is necessary for the safety of drivers in difficult weather conditions.
The restrictions will be valid until April 11, 2027 inclusive.
Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported on the completion of the repair of the regional road Chern – Medvedka in the Tula region, which was updated after the requests of the mayor and residents of the village of Kozhinka. The road connects the M-2 “Crimea” and M-4 “Don” highways, it is used by regular and school buses.
