Tulyak, who owes almost 2 million alimony, was assigned forced labor

Novomoskovskiy district court of the Tula region sentenced 47-year-old local resident Alexander Naumkin - he was found guilty under part 1 of article 157 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation - non-payment by a parent without good reason of funds for the maintenance of minor children, committed repeatedly, told "MK in Tula" in the Prosecutor's office.

The criminal case was initiated following an inspection of compliance with the legislation on enforcement proceedings, which was conducted by the inter-district prosecutor's office in the territorial department of bailiffs.

It turned out that the man by the court is obliged to pay child support, but, being capable, did not repay the debt in full and did not apply to the employment center for employment - the total debt exceeded 1.9 million rubles.

Taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, the court sentenced the offender to 6 months of forced labor with the retention of 10% of earnings in the state income.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that in the Uzlovaya and Uzlovsk district bailiffs found a man who evaded payment of alimony for a minor child. For failure to perform parental duties, he was assigned 30 hours of mandatory work.
