In the Smolensk regional center of folk art in the framework of the inclusive festival "ART-integration" the exhibition "Creating without borders" began. The exposition presents about 100 creative works – drawings, applications and crafts created by children with disabilities.
Their works were presented by young authors from the Cherry Center, the Special Child Center, the Smolensk Pedagogical College and the Krasninsk Boarding School. Each work is a whole world, seen through the eyes of a child, filled with kindness, faith in miracles and big dreams. The variety of genres and bold combinations of techniques cause sincere admiration. For the children, this exhibition became an opportunity to tell about their vision of the world and to express themselves.
A special atmosphere at the opening was created by a student of the Smolensk State Institute of Arts Arina Tarasova, who performed songs of the Smolensk Territory.
The exhibition will run until November 12. Entrance is free for all who wish. Address: Smolensk, Bakunina St., 3. Phone for reference: 38-50-99.
