Nine residents of Penza region were arrested property during the operation “Conditioner-Debtor”

In the Penza region, the “Condition-Debtor” operation took place, during which bailiffs and FSIN officers checked dozens of convicts and found out how they fulfill their financial obligations.

According to the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Penza region, the event was organized jointly with the regional department of the Federal Bailiff Service. Its main goal was the prevention of offenses and verification of convicts who are serving their sentences without isolation from society and have arrears on enforcement proceedings.

In total, 79 people participated in the raids: 38 employees of the penitentiary inspectorate, 37 bailiffs and four representatives of people’s squads.

During the operation, specialists checked 83 convicts registered in branches of the penitentiary inspection.

As a result of inspections, nine people were arrested property. Another 40 citizens have established sources of income, which can help in further collection of debts.

In addition, 26 convicts were given requirements for the execution of court decisions. All 83 audited citizens were held preventive conversations, during which they were reminded of the need to repay debts and comply with legal obligations.

The regional FSIN noted that such events are held regularly. The joint work of employees of the penitentiary inspection and bailiffs allows monitoring the execution of court decisions and taking measures against debtors.
