The fraudster from Khakassia will sell the apartment under the hammer for debts

A resident of Sorsk has accumulated debts of 926 thousand rubles. For this, she was arrested apartment of 46 square meters.

“The woman accumulated debts on utility payments, loans and microloans, as well as for traffic violations – she drove without a license. In addition, she had a debt under the contract of lease of transport and a criminal fine for fraud, — said in the regional Department of the FSSP of Russia.

According to the court verdict, a resident of Sorsk was found guilty of several episodes of fraud. Together with accomplices, she offered clients for money assistance in registration at the place of stay and residence, as well as obtaining other official documents. At the same time, they put fake stamps and seals. For these crimes, the woman was fined 100,000 rubles with an installment payment for 10 months.

Checking the property, the bailiffs found out that the debtor has two apartments in Sorsk, a room in Sayanogorsk and an apartment in Tyva. Officially, she did not work anywhere and did not rush to pay off her debts.

Then the fraudster was first banned from real estate transactions, after one of the apartments was arrested and sent to auction. After the sale, the proceeds will be sent to repay the debts, the remainder to the owner.
