The Kirov district court of Makhachkala sentenced a local resident in the case of drunk driving and confiscated his car, the press service of the prosecutor's office of Dagestan reported.
In June 2026, Makhachkala, already punished for drunken driving, again sat behind the wheel of Lada Granta drunk. He was stopped by DPS officers.
The court sentenced the man to 200 hours of compulsory work and deprived the right to manage transport for two years. His car was confiscated to the state.
