The Federal Antimonopoly Service for Dagestan has brought to administrative responsibility the republican single operator in the field of water supply and sanitation. The reason was the failure to fulfill obligations under the contract concluded with the contractor, the department said.
Earlier, UFAS received a complaint about the actions of a single operator, which was expressed in non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract for the development of design estimates for the overhaul of the water pipeline in the city of Dagestan Ogni.
The proceedings revealed that the applicant had duly fulfilled all his obligations. Nevertheless, the customer made the payment with a significant violation of the deadline. According to the current legislation, in the absence of claims to the quality and quantity of products, the calculation must be made within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Such behavior of a single operator became the basis for imposing an administrative penalty in the form of a fine.
