Ufa Prosecutor’s office has obtained a court decision on the repair of hydraulic structures

In Ufa, the prosecutor’s office revealed numerous violations in the maintenance of a protective flood dam in Sipailovo and hydraulic structures on the Belaya River in the Kirov and Leninsky districts.

The objects were transferred to the operational management of the Specialized Department for Repair and Maintenance of Artificial Structures of Ufa. Specialists identified subsidence and destruction of a layer of concrete pedestrian pavement, corrosion of concrete surfaces, deformation of the seam and other problems.

The prosecutor sent a lawsuit to the court demanding to eliminate violations and repair facilities. The court ruled in favour.
