Ulyanovsk citizens can check financial literacy and get a personal certificate

Residents of the Ulyanovsk region can check their knowledge of personal finances for free within the framework of the IX All-Russian online credit. The test will last until October 27 and will help to understand the issues of savings, investments and protection from fraud.

You can join the project individually or with the whole family. Participants are offered two levels of difficulty – basic and advanced. The questions are based on everyday situations people face when managing money.

During the test, you can check your budget planning skills, learn more about how to form pension savings and investment rules. Special attention is paid to financial security and widespread fraudulent schemes.

For children, tasks are provided taking into account age. Younger students will get acquainted with the basics of money handling in a playful form, and middle and high school students could take part in the competition, which took place from October 13 to 15.

Successful completion of the Olympiad tasks makes it possible to get to the finals of the All-Russian Olympiad “Higher Trial” in financial literacy. Its winners can count on benefits for admission to higher educational institutions.

All participants who successfully coped with the tasks of the main test will receive personalized certificates.

According to Alexander Kupriyanov, Head of the Ulyanovsk Branch of the Volga-Vyatka Central Directorate of the Bank of Russia, the interest of the region’s residents to the project is increasing every year. In 2025, more than 12,000 Ulyanovsk residents were tested, with 73% of participants showing excellent results.

The Bank of Russia uses the obtained data in the development of educational initiatives aimed at improving the financial literacy of the population.

The ninth All-Russian online test started on October 6. You can register and undergo testing on the official website of the project.
