For the first half of 2026, the Ministry of Energy and Housing of the Murmansk region conducted 93 inspections in the field of housing supervision. This is stated in the risk prevention program for 2027, published on the Open Electronic Region portal.
The number of inspections was 72 percent lower than a year earlier, when there were 160. Experts identified 78 violations of housing legislation - 11.5 percent less than in 2025. They issued 50 orders to eliminate violations, which is 32 percent less than last year.
At the same time, 49 protocols on administrative offenses were compiled during this time, which is 88 percent more than a year earlier. And the amount of fines doubled - from 56.5 thousand to 115.7 thousand rubles.
Interestingly, the inspections themselves became less due to the requirements of the law on state control and the peculiarities of the organization of supervision.
Most often, violations concerned the maintenance of common property in apartment buildings, the quality of utilities, the procedure for calculating utility fees, disclosure of information and house management rules.
Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” said that Murmansk “managers” fined 530 thousand rubles for violations in the maintenance of houses.
