Probationary convict extended probation in the Tver region

The Bezhetsky interdistrict court satisfied the proposal to extend the probationary period of a local resident, the press service of the court reported.

According to the materials of the case, in October 2025, the citizen was found guilty by a court verdict and convicted under paragraph “h” of part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. She was sentenced to two years of probation with a two-year probationary period with a number of duties.

Conditionally convicted in October 2025 under the painting explained the procedure and conditions of serving probation, appointed the day of appearance for registration, which she was also familiarized with the painting.

In July 2026, on the day appointed for registration, the conditionally convicted woman did not appear in the penitentiary inspection without a good reason.

In this regard, in order to strengthen control over the conditionally convicted person and prevent her from committing crimes, as well as taking into account the data on her identity, the court extended the probationary period for one month.

The court decision was not appealed and entered into legal force.
