The procedure for interaction of public administration bodies on the organization and conduct of competitive selection among regions, Minsk, districts, cities of regional subordination and organizations is established. The features of the competitive selection among organizations are determined. Such selection will be carried out as a whole by organization. Currently, the competition is held among organizations and their separate units. In addition, the conditions under which the competitive selection is not carried out for individual nominations, the procedure for redistributing such places for other nominations are established. Thus, the selection is not carried out for individual nominations in the absence of a minimum number of applicants, as well as the failure of these applicants to meet the mandatory conditions.
