In 14 municipalities of the Kaliningrad region transferred 23 new school buses

This year, the fleet of educational institutions of the Kaliningrad region was replenished with 23 new school buses, which will go to 14 municipalities. This was reported by the Governor of the region Alexei Bezproznavykh in his channel Mach.

There are currently 388 school buses in operation. Thanks to the systematic renewal of the park, it was possible to reach the standard for several years - the equipment that served its term was completely replaced. The challenge now is to maintain that level. Another 42 buses will be delivered to all municipalities next year. For the region, this is a matter of comfort and, above all, the safety of children.

A staffing problem was separately raised. A year ago in Chernyakhovsk, drivers talked about low salaries. The authorities have increased wages, and this has given a result: the need for school bus drivers in the region is now completely closed.

The unnamed asked employees to report any shortcomings in the work of transport. This data will be passed directly to the manufacturers so that the next batch of buses will be even better.
