In 2026, more than 9.3 thousand residents of the Smolensk region received a new family payment

The branch of the Social Fund of Russia in the region transferred to parents a total of more than 255.4 million rubles.

Reception of relevant applications was carried out in the period from June 1 to September 30. Working parents raising two or more children were eligible for this support, subject to the established criteria. In particular, the average per capita family income should not exceed 1.5 times the subsistence minimum per capita in the region, calculated on the basis of data for 2025.

This payment is of an annual nature. Thus, in 2027, parents will be able to apply again, and the calculation will be based on family income for 2026.
