In Alexandrov earned a single customer service center “Gazprom”

A new customer center has opened in Alexandrov, where residents will be able to solve issues related to connection to gas networks, fuel supplies and equipment maintenance. This is the sixth such site in the Vladimir region. Earlier centers appeared in Kovrov, Murom, Suzdal, Kameshkov and Gus-Khrustalny.

Visitors can get advice on gasification, issue a contract for gas supply and equipment maintenance. The center also presents samples of gas boilers, stoves and meters, and experts help to choose the necessary devices. For people with limited mobility, ramps and call buttons for employees are provided, and the reception is organized using electronic queue systems, Vladimir Vedomosti writes.

According to regional authorities, in 2026, the level of gasification of the Vladimir region reached 87%, which is 12 percentage points higher than the Russian average. In 2021-2025, natural gas appeared in 321 settlements of the region.

The gas supply development program for 2026-2030 provides for the construction of new gas pipelines, the modernization of gas distribution stations, the preparation of houses for connection and the transfer of boiler houses to natural gas. In the future, the Alexander Center will also be used to provide additional state and municipal services.
