In Arkhangelsk there is a three-day intensive training

It's called "The Guide Course!" On the site of the multi-format space "SO.Building" more than 60 young people are developing a model of the regional leader corps "Counselor of Pomorie".

The purpose of the intensive is to create a single community of leaders of the region, popularize the profession among beginners and reveal the mentoring potential of experienced counselors. The program is divided into three areas: for beginners (competences of a modern counselor, specific work, myths about the profession), for experienced counselors (mentoring skills and professional growth) and for leaders and organizers (strategic development of the regional community, whose developments will form the basis of the model of the corps "Maintendent of Pomorie").

Head of the Agency for Youth Affairs of the Arkhangelsk region Yuri Marich noted that the intensive work lays the foundation for systematic work with children's recreation in the region and serves as a platform for the formation of a personnel reserve and management structure. Ivan Zhernakov, Chairman of the Council of the Regional Branch of the First Movement, stressed that a single leader corps will provide common training standards, common approaches to working with children and a clear mentoring system, which is especially important on the eve of the summer health campaign.

The intensive program also includes a business program: a panel discussion with representatives of the Ministry of Education, the Movement of the First and Russian Student Detachments, master classes on emotional intelligence, non-verbal communication and camp music. The event will end with the final presentation of the product.
