In the Borov district, the modernization of water supply and sanitation systems continues.

In 2026, Balabanovo plans to lay 1.2 kilometers of central water supply and another 900 meters of networks for connecting residential buildings. This was reported by the head of the regional Ministry of construction Vyacheslav Lezhnin.

Two wells have already been drilled at the water intake, three operating wells have been repaired and a site for a modular water purification station has been prepared. The equipment of the pumping station and the water supply system of the military unit will also be updated.

Work will also affect sewer stations in Balabanovo and Kabitsyno. There will be grids installed to delay large debris.
