In Bashkiria propose to legislatively fix the accounting of playgrounds

The Public Chamber of Bashkortostan sent to the State Assembly a proposal to legislatively regulate the procedure for accounting for children's playgrounds and sports grounds on lands owned by local self-government bodies of the republic. We are talking about sites that do not belong to common property.

Bulat Safin, Chairman of the Commission on Protection of Citizens’ Rights of Bashkiria, noted that it is necessary to remove the dependence of security at such facilities on issues related to the ambiguity of the balance holder.

“Adults are obliged to think and act in the interests of children, not trying to shift the problems of balance affiliation from one organization to another,” he explained and thanked Kurultai of Bashkiria for the fact that the deputies intend to work on the initiative.
