Belarus intends to establish uniform requirements for production control systems

This is an important document for the entire industry, as it is being developed to replace the current TSP 45-1.01-221-2010 in connection with the entry into force of the new Code on Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities. It regulates the activities of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who perform construction work or produce construction materials, products and structures, the company said.

Unified mandatory requirements for the production control system (SPC) will be established. Among the key sections are the requirements for the organizational and managerial structure of the SEC, the procedure for training and advanced training of personnel (including annual training), the rules for ensuring relevant TNPA and technological documentation, management of measuring instruments and test equipment, requirements for production facilities, the procedure for conducting internal audits and eliminating inconsistencies, ensuring the reliability of control results and the rules for their documentation.

According to the new rules, the systems will be inspected by the authorized bodies of the Ministry of Construction Architecture.

Designers, builders and manufacturers of materials, other specialists can take part in the discussion.

The company also informed that a list of works on the development of TNPA and changes to TNPA in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities for 2027-2028 is being prepared. It will determine the vector of development of the regulatory framework in construction for the coming years. Experts can submit their suggestions on the topic.
