Belgorod region will plant more than 230 thousand trees by the end of November

Belgorod region joined the All-Russian action “Save the forest”. It is organized under the national project “Environmental well-being”.

The action will last until November 30. During this time, at least 90 special sites of 140 hectares are organized. Participants of the event will plant more than 230 thousand seedlings and seedlings of tree species.

Last year, the region was among the five leaders of the action. This year it will be joined by the entire region except the border areas. Planting of trees will be carried out taking into account the operational situation.

Recall that in two districts of the Belgorod region will be plantations of oak and pine.
